since 2008.
I am an empathic, caring, results-oriented therapist who believes that all people possess the ability to overcome life’s obstacles. I work in a collaborative manner with my clients to establish goals and develop
insight to make real-life changes. I make efforts to provide a non-judgmental space to establish a safe and supportive therapeutic relationship. Using a number of therapeutic techniques including client centered, cognitive and
cognitive-behavioral strategies, I empower clients to build upon existing strengths and develop new coping skills. I offer therapeutic services for adults and adolescents.
